Mission of The Witness Project of WNY
The Witness Project of WNY is a is a wellness program with the mission of educating, empowering, and navigating the community to preventative services. We provide cancer education, navigation to Primary Care, OB/GYN, Mammography, Insurance enrollment, Voter Registration, Census 2020 as well as many other resources!

Our Navigators are TRAINED Community Health Workers (CHW's) who can help you navigate health systems and community resources to access your healthcare needs.
